When is Duskblade Getting Nerfed?
Every game there's someone that abuses it. 
The damage is ridiculous coupled by the fact that there is no cooldown - aka Kha'Zix can use the damage from Duskblade THREE times in a row with his ult.

Duskblade does have a cool down. It's a 1 second cool down before it can be proced again.
During this time, a player must be out of sight completely. Meaning, he can not be seen by a ward, a minion, or a player. If at any time someone has vision over someone using Duskblade, then you can't refresh it.
This means that Miss Fortune really can't abuse it as well as an assassin can. Maybe to initiate a fight, sure. But she can only use it once.
Would have a better time abusing this weapon.
But really, of these four...
Only can actually get the most out of it as they can cloak multiple times in a fight. And vayne's stealth ability just so happens to be long enough.
Kha'zix is just kha'zix. If he drops on your face, he blows you up. So it really doesn't matter. But Vayne is just stupid with this damned weapon. A crit with Duskblade on will nearly one shot a squishy. And that's without Silver Arrow.
I'd hardly call any of those champs abusers considering they are who the item is for. It's too strong, no doubt, but it's being used the way it's intended, at least on these champs.
its insane i just fought a khazix with duskblade on it :/ duskblade either should be reworked nerfed or removed 0.0
or maybe they should just nerf the champion abusing it
Honestly surprised it hasn't been hotfixed.
