Regarding Sona

Her AP scaling is too good and her base values are too bad. If she gets too much gold she will be unstoppable and if she gets not enough and her allies are not intelligent, she's just a walking bag of gold for the opponents.

I think they should stop nerfing her base values, buff them even(at higher levels anyway), but nerf very hard the scaling values. Actually, I suspect that the ultimate change they made should even be reverted although I'm not sure. It's pretty confusing to me and I can see why they'd have so much trouble balancing her but I think they should make drastic changes again instead of just a couple of soft nerfs.
