Refund Tokens !!

Lets be real. Most of us spent the 3 tokens given to us before on stupid crap, which we regret doing. How about routinely giving 2 tokens every season? For example, if somebody buys an extremely strong champion currently, but gets nerfed hard 3 days later, they may regret purchasing that champ. Or if skins get reworked and they don't like the new skin (usually rare, but still) then the player can refund the skin.
