this item's starts are legit garbage now gives as little health as liandry's, less AP, and no magic pen even the slow's been nerfed unless you're playing someone like rumble or taliyah
how is this item supposed to be slot efficient for 90% of players past 40 minutes jw
i had no idea because i onetrick a champ who i don't build it on but i just moved over to taliyah for a game and honestly...why?
It's no longer the go to items for AP. Rylai's a niche AP item and belongs as such. Champions should buy for the effect and not the raw stats it gives and it shouldn't be a popular item on literally every single AP champion.
It might have less stats but it's also quite a bit cheaper; meaning the champions that do want it get it quicker.
like, yeah, it's cheaper so you get your slow faster
but what about the stat loss?
it never gave magic pent... its cheaper and is being used to proc liandrys not sure how or why that sucks.
Basically it was nerfed into a support item.
