while Runaan's bolts don't interact with "on attack" effects, they do interact with onhit effects. Therefore, since caitlyn's passive interacts with it, is it safe to assume that caitlyn's passive is an "on-hit" stack? why, then, does Caitlyn's passive not stack doubly on guinsoo's procs?

CithriaC1 votesIf this is about the guinsoos/old devourer item that they are testing on the pbe, it should every 4 attacks i think. It might be better to post this on pbe boards since more people who tested it will be there.
