For the love of god, just change Kha's Ult evolve.

Honestly, how can it be deemed fair that Kha'zix has his ultimate 24/7? Isn't the point of an ult, ESPECIALLY an invis ult, that it's a strong spell that you need to properly use? So why can Kha, even with his ulti on cool down, still use his ult just because he walks into a bush? The fact a kha can literally be invisible for 12 seconds in a undetectable stealth is fair? Like at the very least, if his ult is on cool down, his EVOLVE PASSIVE SHOULD BE ON A COOL DOWN TO. Punish the fu***** champion for burning his ultimate. It's so absurd that a Kha can ult to run away from you, then go in a bush for a free second cast, hit you, then use his ACTUAL ult again to run back to another bush. Where is the counterplay in it?
