Ran a game where support yuumi took smite + ignite, attached to jungler the whole game and stole his camp. Just sat there to smite his camp. It's not going to get punished because she hops to other champs during fights and get assist from that and she didn't say anything, but she was intentionally trolling. Looked at the past games and she did the same every couple of games. Not only is yuumi able to make the game a 2v1 botlane, she is able to steal JG exp and make the entire game a 2v5.

So you want to block a part of a champion's kit because it's possible to troll with it? Sure lets add an option to block every single terrain generating ability from any allies' kit. They might trap you into the enemy team with it! Lets also add an option to disable allies' displacement abilities: they might grab the wrong enemy or make the enemy dodge your spells!

BTW jungle exp isn't shared. Yuumi being on the jungler will not put him behind.

I think this and the ability to deny a Kalista bind should be possible - though I think riot doesn't allow this so people don't

Trolls will troll, what if yuumi just went nunu instead and just ate his jungle camps? Ban the trolls. No need to do anything else.

Letting the jungler block her wouldn't do anything. She could just walk along behind the jungler and smite anyway. Hell, could have played nunu and been even more annoying.
