Sivir in bronze elo

Something that just got me curious ok? So im a silver player that got placed last season and this one in bronze. last season I climbed to silver only playing sivir, it was right after the buffs she got to her w that made her on the verge of hypercarry late game and she was a god tier adc.

This season I was placed in bronze again, and I didn't even think of playing her, as she is not so in the meta, and everyone are spamming vayne mf, jhin etc. So I spammed jinx, mf and support. it was a win and a loss a win and a loss, for a long time.

Then I remembered that I used sivir last season to get out. and now im out of there in no time and back to silver. i find it really intresting to me why I do so well with sivir in this elo when they are more adcs that excel early.
