Like come on, His still op. Q heals too much and hurts too much, W robs you of any chance for killing him, his E is fine i guess honestly, But his R....... The AOE Zed ult which HEALS him for just way too much AND increase all damage from anything to the target(s). How is this ok? Thats a rage thread yeah, Deal with it.

Cz he isn't a big issue at all above Bronze 1. You just need to git gud.

Listen here: He uses Q twice and then his bar turns red and he gains a bit of movement speed. You stay away from him so he has to use it on a minion.
