tbh if this ever happened Irelia's Passive would be gutted/reworked in the same patch. Riot's already unhappy with her Passive and I'm surprised they haven't nerfed it and/or her other abilities already.

If anything it needs to be inverted. She's a duellist. She should have less tenacity per nearby enemy, not more.

I knew there was a catch to the xin buffs. They are literally doing this to screw over xin. Can't have him replacing jarvan.. noo he's not flashy enough.
