Meddler, if you find you are unable to balance Ohmwrecker on supports

Have you considered reworking the item for dive-fighters? I know that someone said that, while they aren't the next class being looked at (immobile mages and assassins are probably ahead of them) they are going to be looked at eventually. Considering that the item is designed to aid in DIVING, DIVE fighters seem like an obvious choice for this item.

I think it's an easier fix too.

The problem with making the item for supports is that there are too many better utility items that they need to buy first (gold generation boots of Lucidity, sightstone and Zeke's herald all make sense to buy earlier and leave you at 30% CDR and its hard to justify this over mikael's it an Aegis upgrade)

For dive fighters, however, it just needs more stats to compete with other armour choices.

My really simple recommendation to try out and see if it gets the item more use:

Active: can now be used on allied towers to increase turret attack speed and cause turret shots to deal splash damage. Grants assists if turret helps kill an enemy and kills only if no allies were involved in the kill.

New recipe: Raptor's Cloak + Kindlegem + Crystalline Bracer Total cost: 3333

Stats: +500 Hp +50 armour

  • 200% HP regen +10% CDR

If that makes the item overloaded, dive fighters don't really value the CDR as much, so replacing Kindlegem with a giant's belt, a ruby crystal or a higher combining cost and dropping the cdr entirely is probably not a bad choice.

Raptor's Cloak + Ruby Crystal + Crystalline Bracer Total cost: 2750

Stats: +500 Hp +50 armour

  • 200% HP regen

I want it buffed to have the ability to also supercharge your own turrets. If you pick it up, the active becomes useless while the enemy is pushing on you. In the worst case scenario you never get up to an enemy turret to use it; with my buff it'd still be useful :3
