You can't overdose on Vitamin C, it is one of the vitamins that you can just pee out if you have an excess.

Actually, Gangplank should die from vitamin C poisoning every 6-7 games since he eats an astonishing amount with each cast, and usually casts the ability very frequently all game long. If he has some sort of built up immunity to vitamin c poisoning (don't know if that's even a thing), I guess he could survive a day of gameplay before dying, but that would be a stretch.

Of course, there's always the solution that respawning purges the extra vitamin c from his system allowing him to remain in good health.

If he develops Vitamin C poisoning he can just eat another orange to cure it. I mean, duh, right!

You actually can overdose on Vitamin C, anything over 2,000mg in a day is considered an overdose and can have quite negative effects. Seeing how there is only about 20mg of Vitamin C in a lime, however, it would take you 100 limes to overdose lol. So you can gorge without reaching the upper limit.

Well if someone consumed the amount of vitamin C needed to kill a person from toxicity, they would probably die from dehydration or their stomach rupturing before they'd die from poisoing. Me and some other grad students have had this debate too many times.

TL;DR: no oranges = not k. some oranges = K. Pirate ship of oranges = not k.
