How to carry silver / low gold?
I rocked my placements, rocked the first couple of dozen of games.
As soon as I hit gold, I hit a wall. People seem to just be uncoordinated, don't gank properly, feed in laning phase like crazy, and teamfights are too risky.
The most consistent thing I've found is to press /mute all, mute pings, ignore my team, and split while everyone plays ARAM mid lane. I have to ignore the "?" ping spams on me, and I know that my team is likely raging to report me for not helping - but it feels like every. single. time. that I try to play as a team, I regret it.
Two games ago, I was 12/0 as LeBlanc, and was hard carrying. I was juking a Zac through the jungle and saving my GP.. when he shot a knockback plant for no reason and killed me. That ended up costing us the game since while I was dead, the enemy got baron and hard pushed mid.
Anyone who is higher elo than G3, please tell me - is there any point in actually trying to play as a team? It feels like no matter how fed I get, or how much I feed my team in the early game, nobody knows what to do.
My op.gg says I'm now a silver 4 ELO with a gold 5 rating, and literally every single game devolves into a /allchat report fest where it's all but guaranteed at least 2 people AFK every single game.
