item 3142 is what I saw Huni rush in all stars match, but he was Quinn top... I would suggest item 3508 into for adc bot

ER into Ghostblade is really, REALLY bad.

ER into Statikk Shiv or Firecannon, mostly.

Only get Ghostblade on Quinn if you're snowballing - get Caulfields first, then 1300 gold, then evaluate.

For ADC Quinn (where I play her and the only place I can talk about for her): item 3508 item 1301 item 3087 item 1053 item 3031 item 3072 and then situational. Go for a Last Whisper, an item like Maw or Mercurial, or a straight defensive, like GA or Banshee's

Crit build (glass cannon): item 3508 item 3031 item 3087 item 3046 item 3078 item 1301 AD/armor pen build (a bit more defensive): item 3142 item 3071 item 3156 item 3072 item 3053

The crit build helps lower the cooldown on Harrier, so you'll be doing more damage over time if you take advantage of those, but doesn't offer much in defense. Very high risk/high reward build. The AD/armor pen build gives you good damage and defense, but less Harriers over time. IMO, the extra Harriers you'll be getting from the crit build are not needed, as you'll be popping squishy targets with just the 2-3 Harrier procs anyway with the armor pen build, and you'll be beefier, so there's a bit more room for error if you miss a Q or something. Of course a lot of it depends on the enemy team comp/your status in the match.
