Unpopular opinion: The current state of the game is fine.

Overall, I think the current state of the game is healthy. This is a team meta where solo picks does not matter as much, but the team that co-operates better win the game. I do not understand why people are frustrated at being unable to solo carry games. It's the equivalent of playing a basketball match then complaining afterwards how one person isn't able win the game for the entire team. The problem isn't the game itself, but the community that plays it. Back in season 2 or 3, very rarely do you have people who give up or int. The worse case of trolling was usually last pick who was forced to support. That's pretty much it. In the season 7-8, you have people giving up 3 minutes into the game because jungler hasn't ganked. The final reason is, we only see this game going downhill is because we mature as the game gets older. Most of us started this in our teens or early adulthood, but we shifted from the immature demographic to seasoned veterans. Instead of us being the party to curse, flame, troll, int, most of us came to realize that is not the proper way to behave and are meeting the younger generation that joins the game who don't know better. Ok let's be honest, they know better but at that age they lack the depth to understand. A lot of adults don't gain empathy until their late 20s, which is the core of having a non-toxic team. You can say this is a shit community, but you can't say it's a shit game.

You're right..........that is an unpopular opinion.

Also, how would you know? You haven't played any games in over a year according to your match history.

I'm not allowed to have multiple accounts?

You are. Just like the rest of us are allowed to not take the opinion of a sock puppet seriously.

Out of curiosity, why are people afraid to post on their main account? I don't get it.

I don't see why you are obsessed over the account issue. I've been posting on the forums with this account even before it moved onto boards and see no reason to switch it to my new main. To shame someone because they don't post with their active gaming account is pretty shallow if you ask me. Then again, I did mention only people in their later 20s start to develop what is called a depth of understanding.

Player X causes issue Y in my game so WTF RITO WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS TO ME.
Much logic, very wow.

Wish folks put blame on the responsible party's. Riots got no control over the int 0-15 player. At best they can reactively punish. Wont turn that match around for you thou.

The team who has stronger champions (if they are using then correctly) wins the gane end of story.

This is only good on paper and falls apart the moment it touches reality. Not all teams are equal, not all players are good with strong champions. Any high skill cap champion in a meta is gonna still be weak lower elo. Any Low skill cap champion falls off when theres options that out preform them off skill expression in high mmr. That's just the nature of how champions are designed and their interaction with players.

IF you give up because the enemy team has OP champions and yours don't, so you don't try and just roll over. kudos your the fucking problem. Play the game, its not decided in lobbies as much as some of yall claim.

There is way to much RNG between players and each match to make a solid claim that champions are the main deciding factor in this game, if you make that claim cuz its true on paper you really need to learn how to check reality better when your forming your oppenions.

Also, some day I have a dream that boards will be able to communicate about champion viability and takes the time to account for the difference experiences players have across the Elos.

When champions are naturally stronger than you do lose the game. This is still a video game which means it's just pretty math and i can do really good math in champ select and these simple champions who are too strong are easy to pull off. It's not a secret that you can lose in champ select which should never ever be the case.

You cant do the math for a champions impact on a game ahead of time. You can be aware of that champs best case, know some match ups. But that alones never enough to decide the match. Your on paper approach does not hold up to reality. I would always rather have a subpar pick for a comp that some ones really good at over a strong pick that they never play. How well a player is on a champion has more influence on the outcome then the champions kit. The most broken ADC is garbage if the players positioning's shit, The longest range high burst champion puts out 0 damage if you wiff all the skill shots. A braindead point and click kit is terrible if you blow it on the wrong targets all game.

You cannot do the math on champions and factor in player skill in advance, its not till the game starts your gonna be able to start looking at that. ITs not a disadvantage to have a "weak" champion when that player is highly skilled with them.

Metaknite in brawl was WAY broken, But the top tier players would demolish a random low skill player with even with the worst champ in the game.

On paper < Reality every dam time.

I've played this game long enough to realize in champ select if we have the firepower to beat the opponent. It's not hard actually.

You want to play that card? Aight dog you started what s6 Or this a "lulz im nost posting on my main" Bruh Im from season 1. I have played in every MMR from bronze to plat. It looks like ive got several Thousand games on you.

I have played this game long enough to realize in champ select that the assumption of a comp or matchup does not inherently hold to reality. That there are alternative to your playstyles that can be adopted to go for win conditions besides what ever the meta is. Flexibility wins matches, being the better team wins games. You cant accurately judge that in lobby.

Its fine to be like, meh our comps weak and its gonna be harder to win. If it seems like a challenge beyond your skill, hey your welcome to dodge. But FFS don't act like a bad comp instantly make you lose the game or that obeying a Tier list in a lobby is gonna help you any. It wont, the variables that actually matter are all decided in game.
