Riven's ult goes on cooldown when she uses windslash

It's probably been mentioned before but it seems like a good idea.

Edit: For all that are saying it's a buff, it's true, but they could increase the cooldown to adjust the cooldown timer.

How would that change anything? her windslash is a execution... even without her ult you will be dead anyway

She is built to assassinate people, but it should be all within her ult, a lot of times she ults and then comes back in with her giant sword and still wrecks.

Frankly, I'd rather they just cut the duration in half.

Makes using Wind Slash more of an immediate choice, instead of having the ability to just leave it up forever.

Wouldn't it even be stronger ? I mean, maybe not in every single teamfight, but in lane, if she manages to kill you with her ult, when you'll comeback she'll have it again since it had gone on cooldown earlier ...

Good point. However, they could increase it's cooldown to make it like it used to be?

Maybe if they increased the cooldown to adjust it so it's similar to what it is now even with cdr?
