Soraka's new healing feels kinda weak.

Now don't get me wrong, I don't think it actually is weak, but it's just so...forgettable. It used to be "land Q, get health." Now it just feels like you land Q and...nothing. Your HP regen number doesn't even go up. On top of the lack of any sort of bonus for hitting multiple targets, it just feels pretty lame.

Good. She already heals insanely on others, it makes sense her self healing should be a bit gimped.
