The jungle changes made in pre-season 6 need to be reverted

For anyone who doesn't know or remember what these changes were, they simply gave junglers more gold and exp per camp but gave them longer respawn timers. This is one of the core changes that caused junglers to become so impactful, and for the game to become such a snowballfest. This change allows junglers to gank so much more because the respawn times are so long that they have nothing else to do, and it doesn't matter if they gank heavily because they get so much gold and exp from the camps to make up for the time not farming. These changes did nothing but make games even more snowbally and give junglers even more agency over the early game.
