Why do people complain that ignite does damage to Brand?

for the same reason Malzahar or Syndra can "run" into Caitlyn's traps. Or get grounded by Cass. or take damage from Morgana's pool.

There is the fact that can blind , how can buy boots, flys a plane and has average ms, and have infinite spears at their disposal, being silenced when she is mute and I'm sure other game mechanics that shouldn't affect champions but it's a game.... so anything is possible!
