Dying gives you one gold

So when patch 8.2 came out a new bug was introduced where players would gain one gold on death. This doesn't really affect gameplay that much but it is a pretty weird and funny interaction to happen. Replicating it is also pretty easy as it consistently happens on death. ~~Also don't forget to use this as an excuse for dying~~

finally, a buff to proxy singed where you can die over and over and get rewarded for it!
