Can someone do some tower-killing math for me?

I want to know who is the best towerkiller is according to time, from full to zero. Besides power gained from infinite scaling stats (mainly nasus q) you can do anything you want. I just want to know who i should pick if i want to do a base race. I will allow abilities work on towers, both attack resets and abilities that hit the tower (azir w is only one i think of but if more they are fine) All i care about is who can kill the tower the fastest.
