Please explain why Tibbers needs that buff.

Why was the delay for xerath's ult needed? this makes it extremely hard to land against players in higher elos. Normally i'd be able to land quite a few but had a difficult time with the delay increase in between off the few games i've played.

You may need to reduce her upfront burst a little more. From my experiences so far, it seems like the relatively small amount of upfront damage she lost in the immediate burst combo is made up for by tibbers wailing on the person he's summoned on while they're still stunned. She's probably ended up a bit too strong as a result. Design-wise though, great change.

I really like this change... the concept of annie is her relationship with tibbers is one of the biggest things about her and now i can actually feel that connection with her new kit. thx :D ( Although I do hate playing against her XD)

I feel like I'm in the minority, but I love this new change. Annie's so much more fun now that Tibbers has actual AI.
