When you try to "View on the web" your match history from in game.. why is match history blank??

Try refreshing the page. When I click view on the web, and it gives me a blank page refreshing has always fixed it.

Try a different browser if refreshing doesn't fix it.

Have same issue. Have tried different browsers, tried refreshing, tried everything except adding an "extension" i dont trust and have seen to not work.

This is an issue from Riot's side that they seem to be ignoring, along with many other things, but who am i to judge a company on what they do for things for the community.
