Very simple, if the AFKer has been AFK past 5 minutes if lost the team will lose 1 less LP per minute up until a certain amount of time if won the team all gets bonus 5 LP or 1+LP per minute until a certain time and the leaver doesn't gain any LP but instead loses 10-15 more LP
not sure if this is good but.... If the game is remade everyone gains 1-3 LP for the wasted time

I'd rather have people quit this game because they don't want to lose anonymity while leaving behind a healthy attitude playerbase compared to having a large playerbase with shitty people in it.
