Im hearing a random girl or woman speak during my game...champion teaser???

I have no proof of how I hear it. But it didnt sound like it came from a champion but the game computer itself. I also have all my tabs closed when I play league so not from there. I was playing Xayah bot lane and I was being pushed. Both times I heard a lady speak a line at different moments being pushed into my lane. It was high pitched and a little more enthusiastic so it couldn't be Xayah. The first time I was defending bot with Thresh and then thresh died by Jhin.. but then I pressed Q a second later and heard "Everyone makes mistakes!!" and I was like... wtf...

The second I was also pushed into my lane and defending 1v2 on tower by myself because thresh was at base. The second I hit level 6, I heard "Everyone evolves someday!!" And im like.. wut. I then ask if anyone else hears them in the game in all chat and no one answer me... so I figured no. After that I didnt hear anything else from the game as far as I can remember. This game was just 2 hours ago this post was made. And I wondered if it was a new champion.

The teaser artwork looked like a female small vampire and so I figured so. Also, with champions like Ivern also had voice lines when roaming in jungle before he came out. So im POSITIVE this is a champion teaser.
