I've always wanted Skarner buffs since his first ''rework'', so that i could play him top again, but i won't play him until he gets nerfed lol, don't want to mute everyone that's not in my team every game

I am not a skarner player, but i want to play skarner top as well. the potential for invading and denying the enemy jungler and possibly getting a free kill with the shrines, and the sustain you can get just from grabbing the skuttle for free and regenning up.....hell yes skarner top for days!
