Not sure if I'd say S or A tier, but it's really hard to lose lane unless I play like utter shit and get camped. Even if I do leave 0-4 I still feel strong and useful at most stages of the game. Also he seems to have almost no true hard counters right now. Darius is fairly easy....Maybe jayce sucks to lane against.

B00B001 voteswell, a good counter is not chasing or walking in his fart dust, i mean a lot of people i see playing vs him blindly walk in and then flounder in the fart dust.
regardless though he's been strong for a long time, no one plays him so thats why he doesn't get players attention.
viktor was the same at one point, never played but was powerful as hell then he had a rework / patch attention and lcd picked him and now he's a normal pick (still powerful as hell)
