Why doesn't garen ever get nerfed? His the simplest champion in the game and requires no mechanical skill to play yet his so strong? I was playing fiora vs him yesterday i tried to W(parry) his Q(silence) in order to stun him then i realised that it doesn't stun him then he killed me with his R(true damage execute) Next time I thought that I will W(parry) his R(true damage execute) damage instead of using my W(parry) for his Q(silence) but the thing is he q'd me (silenced me) so since that I was unable to use my abilities cause of the silence I couldn't W(parry) his R(true damage execute) how do you even outplay that????
