Zed vs Talon

I've been playing as Talon and Zed past few days and I came to a conclusion that while Zed has a nice early game and both late game, Talon's early game is way more harder against champions with control (till level 6), but his later AD scales seemed really crazy to me. So I am curious about your opinion, who's more stronger and who has more chances to win if both players have the same level of skill (without summoner spells). And how do I beat Zed while playing Talon or how do I beat Talon while playing Zed.
