Anyone can win with poorly built champions if they out-skill the competition that much or if (as is the case mid) you don't need the blind. Go ahead and try to take her top or Marksman bot. It's a joke.

I am always gunshy about using RedMercy as an "example" pretty sure that guy makes every champ look OP as hell... but ya, new Quinn when played correctly wrecks.

Anyone that thinks this isn't nerfing her is kidding themselves. Vault is BEYOND useless on ranged champions if you cant blind them first. The mark on Q is a marginal increase at best for fringe cases of 'oh no I'm in a duel and can't Q->E for some reason'. And the ult change is great for her mobility (which she didn't lack) but is a flat out hard nerf to her possible single target damage. It still puts her in melee but with no AS buff.

its a fucking nerf. you have to play her differently because she's worse. everything you do is higher risk/ lower reward so yeah you better play more careful.

I have a mixed bag when it comes to the change. She has been a bit gimped with no Valor attacks and a two second summon on the "R", but overall, she is stronger when you can place her Q and E consistently on a champ.

are you fu.cking stupid or what? lol her q is so op now. its like trying to play lol as a blind person. she blinds you and you cant see around you for a while and in that while you are dead. its like graves w , but worst. graves w is on the ground and you can move away from it but her q is stuck with you and moves with you. its like nocturne ult. you are blind or in darkness.
