Just a quick little thing. If your lane not getting fed off of a roam or them getting dragon for free is important to you, signaling Mia once is not ( at least in my opinion ) enough.
I make sure to spam the living shit out of the direction they are going so my team gets the message. Its hard to ignore 6 giant flashing red exclamation points on your screen.

but bot lane still doesn't move off the enemy turret, gets 4 man ganked, and we lose a turret. but i guess i should've done more for them. like roamed bot and made it 3 deaths =/
