Why did the debuff icons move?

I've begun to just count the ticks of ignite rather than look into a corner I've never cared to look at before. Is there any way to revert that change in game?

Now I find it really confusing. At least before I could just look at the one place. Now I have to look in two different places, and it just makes me less informed.

They give us timers inside of the UI and then take buffs and separate them. It's one step forward one step back. Who the hell thought this was needed?

Also, I feel like sometimes my smite tooltip damage is right over the HP/Mana interface, and then sometimes it moves to be on the far left for some reason... during the same game.
