Whats up with the Panth Nerf on PBE?

This nerf really came out of the blue for me. Of all the assasins or adcs or mages or tanks etc etc that people complain and play, pantheon really doesnt rank up all that high. Why suddenly nerf his greatest form of damage output? If we really feel the need to nerf panth for whatever reason, why not nerf the q spam that makes laning against him a nightmare? I just dont get why they choose to nerf him right now all of a sudden. Could a rioter pop in and explain this? I dont play Panth myself, im just honsetly curious what brought about the changes.

First of all, no more mana pots, no More crystalline flask. All he get is shitty corrupting potion and you nerf the guy? Give me a freaking break rito

Keep in mind that pantheon is not the typical assasin or champion which can go in make his combo and go out, i think that it will be great if they finally fix the ultimate the tooltip clearly says that it takes 1,5 and 2 sec ... ingame it is 2 sec and 2sec

Will be great if passive is buffed and after it pops pantheon to recive some kind of def buff ... it can be x% dmg reduction, so this to improve his fighting potential and to be 1 idea less squishy

Also panth is awfull in the jungle if they remove the dmg recution agains minions, pantheon will be viable pick in the jungle, not a jungler which rely on lvl 2 gank and his ult and then in late game to be a useless bot with 1 sec stun ... and when we are talking about the stun it can be buffed to 1,5

Any of the stuffs from above can help pantheon more or less, ofc if they change everything, the champion might become broken ... so even 1 will be fine xP
