Is Kalista Worth learning? Need help.

Im in plat, Been maining caitlyn sivir and ashe to get here. I'd like to drop down from caitlyn kinda, i dislike how weak her all in is in lane, I've decided to try vayne and kalista.

I really like Kalista so far and i can see myself playing her a lot, Question is. Is she worth learning? Im aware she got nerfed multiple times but i really dont care. I'd still wanna play her if shes worth learning.

Also how is her damage late game? Im kinda confsed i feel like i do a good amount of damage tbh. Is IE a good item on her?

If you enjoy playing her then learn her. Her damage falls off late compared to other meta adc's since you aren't crit focused. IE is okay but you generally want ad and as to stack your spears as quickly as possible.

The nerfs hit her pretty hard just make sure your oath bound is near you at all times or you loose a lot of power.

Her damage falls off late how though? Like to the point where shes not scary or just compared to certain other adcs

Late game she has a tough time getting through higher health and armor targets since she doesn't build much crit or pen like other adc's. Since her Nerf's, she also can't deal with meta late game adc's like mf and ashe very well.

Yeah, and it's okay, but since you don't build up to say, 70%+ crit like most adc's, it's expensive wasted stats.

Typical build path is Bork, hurricane, berk boots, bt, ld, merc

The only bad thing I can say about Kalista is his ult. If your support is a douchie, well...

I've tried her again yesterday and I love her. But I don't have the mechanics yet, still I want to still playing her. xD

Yes, she do a lot of damage. I fear her in the hands of a good player with mechanics. So hard to catch (to kill her). >__<

Yeah, in higher elos where your supports roam more often she's a lot weaker after the nerfs in straight up duels. Her damage falls off later if you're not allowed to stack spears on someone. Overall she's kind of meh but still has decent utility.
