j4 is already getting screwed so dont worry those threads will be gone. A rioter already talked about how vi is "strong" so in the next 2 patches she will get nerfed.
The funny thing about the rioter he failed to mention Lee, sorta like you did. So guess who is still not going to get Nerfed.

I made the important part bold
quote
The teach thing is auxiliary and it's also long term if anything.
The PBE buffs and tracking couldn't ever be a teaching tool. Personally, my "number of languages fluent" stat is only at 2 and it takes me awhile to build that stat. Quite simply, this type of communication couldn't be effective because it's kind of difficult for us to talk to everyone (though we would love to).
What I mean by "How can we teach better?" means more ideas that other players identify. For example, killing small raptors before big raptor is the most efficient way of clearing that camp and it changes how much damage you take pretty significantly. Should we teach that? Would that even help?
Or, skill order matters significantly. This is actually something we can see already with our quieter data tracking. Is there a way we can raise awareness on how to optimize your skill choices?
**All of that though, that only moves part of the problem. The problem isn't as simple as that. The problem includes champion balance (The J4 or Vi feeling of dominance). **The problem includes itemization (Warrior users are more prominent than, say, juggernaut). The problem includes "the early bar of the jungle might be too high".
I'm trying to get a feel for the "early bar of the jungle" (and actively working with Fearless to pass information or aggressive opinions to him as much as possible). Other designers are looking at other problems (or even if they are problems, or how much of a problem they are, or...)
Unfortunately, that's also why I can't personally answer everything. Even though we're focused on the entire problem space, I'm focused on only one portion of it.
I do though read these boards obsessively and try to pass on striking or insightful comments whenever possible!
