because his damage and tank is to high, and he can be played anywhere effectively and efficiently.

Then can we please finally nerf TahmKench !!!!! he has literally been doing this exact thing for months, the only difference is that he has more than just a slow, he also has a stun, his consume (effectively a kalista ult that trades knock up for damage). He builds health for damage, then also gets almost double effective health because of his E. His ulti gives him two skills, a tf teleport (with friends) and a better version of shen's passive. Point is, he gets a lot of better versions of skills that already exist on other champions.

Seriously if riot was going for a support champion who was on par with thresh they accomplished it. Instead of the absurd amounts of utility thresh brings, tahm bring about half as much, and then trades the rest for insane scaling.

P.S. Thresh is also broken, just it's utility power rather than stat power.

Tahm has less average damage than support Nautilus.

i'm calling bullshit on that, the reason is that naut requires AP for damage scaling, but requires health for his skills to scale his tank. Tahm has a single stat (health) needed to build in order to gain damage and tank. Then if you're tanky tahm eats you dealing (20 / 23 / 26 / 29 / 32%) of your max health, and if you're not tanky he stuns you then autos for (+ 4 / 6 / 8% bonus health), which he is obviously stacking because it's 144% effective on him.

His E works as a health multiplier. Or effectively the same way Naut's W works. Except his E scales (20 / 26 / 32 / 38 / 44%) of health, and naut scales (+ 9 / 11 / 13 / 15 / 17%) of max health.

For supports maybe, but for junglers, tahm is 20 and naut is 42. Also notice how the average player has played 10 games with tahm but naut players have four times that amount, so those nauts have probably learned their optimal combos and builds.

Notice that's just damage dealt, and the champions with more AOE are more towards the top. Tahm only has 1 aoe ability while naut has 3...

If Riot intends to support Tahm's duality of Support and solo laner. they probably won't touch the scaling.

Everything said, I still must be the only one who has absolutely no problem with his damage. My problem is that he doesn't put himself in enough danger when he saves an ally. (Seriously, why does he take off like a torpedo?)

I just don't understand why his primary damage stat and primary tanking stat are the same thing. Or why he is the only tank with a % of their max health, and the base damage is so high.

Tahm was actually intended as top laner, but people found out he's also quite good support, or even jungler. As for his damage, I agree, holy crap. He destroys both tanks and squishies Let's be honest here, he needs nerfs, at Worlds he was wrecking, in solo queue he is super strong, he has better damage than Juggernauts while having really good CC.
