Effects of New Tank Item Rework

First let's get this out of the way,

Crit champions will also enjoy their late game power spikes more than ever from the removal of crit-reduction as a stat.
Anti-Tank Items

will be more cost efficient and crucial in a damage build than ever since the last 2 years.
The reduction of health and increase of resistance will also reduce

's effectiveness. (Percentage health damage's value will be lowered from the reduction of max health, and the value will then be reduced even more by the increased resistance.)

's damage is also down, they will be hit quite a bit. (Now at 20% reduction for passive, but the Base MR was reduced to 55)
Squishies who didn't have scaling MR will now do, so mid game they will be more durable to magic damage. But because of the MR removal on
, ADCs who didn't specially itemize MR will be popped easier. (When the patch is first released, it's reasonable to assume players will not itemize any MR at all.)
Early pen such as

will be nerfed slightly.
is arguably one of the best defensive items on mages, as it's stats swapped with

auras are now more like to be attached to tanks, theoretically mages will have a easier time team fighting.
Tank Stuff
