What can i do as [Tryndamere top] to help my bottom lanes in (lane phase)

I am needing much help to find out how I can use my lane phase to help my bottom lanes Laning phase as Tryndamere top. I am very tilted and every game feels like a dice roll, do I get good adc/support or bad, more often then not it turns out bad and they feed the enemy adc it happens a lot when facing draven adc's I guess these are usually played by your better than the average player. I am not saying I am god or it's never my fault cause I get tilted and I feed but easily look at my games and Astronomically my losses come with a hugely fed enemy adc team, and I have tried taking TP and yes I prevent 1 gank, but then once I leave bot lane they are fighting again and dying.

what else can I do to help as [tryndamere top] I got all the way to plat 1 and my bottom lanes were good then right as the CRIT changes that's when shit hit the fan, maybe I should do Soraka top with my heal that could easily help bot lane win a trade or escape when they need it, I am pulling my hairs out on this, and I do realize that I will remember all my bad adc over the good adc and this is taking that into account.

Win the game before their feeding becomes a problem.

Honestly, if u dont have tele, thats not your job, at that point it is mid and jung job to help bot lane from being trashed on.

Your job as a split pushing top laner is cause pressure, take towers, and dont int by staying around to push when no one is on the map or when you feel like they are coming for you.

When you have done your job, and they send 2-3 people for you to secure a kill and stop your pressure, your team should be pushing up their lane and taking a tower or diving the remaining enemy players since they should have a numbers advantage at that point. So even if you die, it is at the expense of the enemy team, because they lose more for one kill, than your team does for one death.

Good luck dude, its hard to play a split pusher in plat-iron elo. People dont understand macro, and they think the game is all 5v5.

Shen

I will consider shen, though I would prefer to stay Tryn, kinda what I do and I just tried tp again and my adc went 0-12, the game was 17 minutes, I made 2-3 come after me but my team still couldn't 4v2 or 4v3. I will just keep rolling the dice hopefully at least 55% of the time starting at some point my adc/support will AT LEAST be "decent".

There's nothing you can really do as a top laner that can win bot lane without also sacrificing your ability to win top lane besides draw jungle/mid pressure. Maybe a good TP gank would work, but then again that's a huge summoner spell and you'll probably have to deal with missing out on some waves of CS.

You already answered your question. Roll them dice every game.

pray to rngesus that your botlane is the better one. Current meta is "better bot wins" again and crit adcs outscale everyone at two items, so uh...

you can also play stuff like Shen JarvanIV Gragas Maokai Nautilus top with summoner 12, rush item 3193 item 3109 item 3190 and cover their asses (and lose all your plates by 8 minute). I can guarantee you that it works (sometimes) and feels totally miserable to play (always)
