Is it just me or does ranked always find a way to reverse everything you did good or bad.

As the title suggests I had played dota since Wc3 custom games for about 3 years, then I went to Heroes of NewEarth for about a year now I am playing LoL and the only difference maybe it is just me but ranked always seems to even out no matter what you do, I literally went on a 30 game win streak once to plat 1, then I somehow lost 17 in a row ( did not tilt ) my scores were pretty good those game. Not bad though I still have lots of more wins so I went 1 more game ahh nice, lose 15 in a row and now I am under from where I started. Now I win 4 in a row and I am positive by very little after 60+ hours of league.

Now compared to Dota, which I did see the game always trying to even out 50/50 or around there but usually in that game ranked i was at 78% win rate maybe I was facing scrubs and maybe now I just suck at league, just wanting to know if anyone else notices this and seeing the game always finds a way to even out for better or for worse I certainly feel it does.
