Anybody feel Zoes E is too reliable and strong?

Zoe's E is her sleep ability and honestly for what it does its too reliable for what it does.

First most its long range which is increased more by firing it through terrain. It travels a decent speed, around the same speed as a Brand Q if not a bit faster If you get hit you get a strong slow meaning you need to blow a summoner to hope to escape the "Wake up quicker when damaged" rule doesn't seem to work or is woefully weak

It stuns you for 2 seconds at range 1 while also giving Zoe essentially a free lichbane proc.

I don't feel her Q is much of an issue I'm more on the side of her sleep is too strong, just the fact that it gives Zoe a free hit for 2 seconds at rank 1 seems a bit excessive
