Can someone explain new AD and AP values please?

First of all, I'm going to reference a video - not for what it presents, but for a snapshot of stats I've noticed while watching. https://youtu.be/9nexOQx5Kww?t=53 In an episode around 0:53-0:57 Ezreal has 657 AD with elder buff. In the next play he has 512 ad without elder. I've never seen such values on AD champions before except on Jhin and maybe Zed this season.

So, my question is - what are the typical values of AD and AP on PBE (aka in the coming preseason)?

Infernals and elder.

He doesn't even have boots, so it makes sense to have much more AD than you're used to seeing. For that 657 AD build, assuming he has 3 Infernals and Elder, you could get 580 AD on live. I think the main thing about the new runes that gives tons of damage is Gathering Storm. It gives 36 AD at 30 min, which is basically a free B. F. Sword.

Gathering of storm gives A LOT of AD. Crazy amount. Thinking about 2.5x multiplier from crit and it just makes League a stupid game.
