Riot Item Trading idea

Hi there summoners and Riot employees! Have you ever unboxed a skin shard or a champion shard of a champion you know you'll never use or play? I have! And while we're talking experiences, have your friends told you before that they unboxed an awesome skin shard for a champion they don't play but you're mastery 5 with? I have!

Rio, in order to make people less likely to play due to the time and effort it takes to unbox a chest with 3 key fragments that drop ever so annoyingly rare, you should really implement an item trading system to trade skins/champ shards/ward skins/player icons/chromas with friends. It would make players who never buy RP feel like they have at least a slim chance to get skins they like, without paying for RP with real money.

All comments welcome. I do know skins/icons/chromas are a huge way Riot makes money but have sympathy for those that don't spend real money in video games.
