Help, Game crashes every week or two.

I have been playing league for years and it has always had random crashes. I'm playing league more these days and it's causing me to be placed in low priority que now. i have subbmitted a number of tickets over the years and i can't remember riot ever responding to any of them. So i'm asking if anyone knows what might be the problem. i've been through 3 computers and i currently am on a brand new hardrive fresh win ten installed about 3 months ago. still have the same old problem that only happens about once a week but just enough to place me in low priority que. Riot also will not remove me from low priority que because they are convinced that it's my fault that their game crashes even though none of my other games crash....
