Udyr Winrate/Viability in solo queue?

After the nerfs a few patches ago, udyr went from being one of the strongest junglers to one of the worst, I want to know why exactly did his win rate drop so much though considering he still has tiger stance, is there any particular reason why and is he still "viable" I guess. I just played a game with him split pushing everything and won with an okay score but I'm also not the highest rank so I would like some insight?
