Grounding cc and a new champion

Can't wait to have a new champion focused around said cc, really hope this happens, don't even care if it's a supp with no dmg, this game desperately needs some hard counter to mobility creep, and it seems riot is testing it with cassio to see if it is healthy for the game or not.
