LOW MMR

Okay so I ended the season at silver 4, and I actually did deserve that because I was playing well and winning most of matches in silver and winning lane. Once the new season started, I was put in bronze after placements, not bad i guess but what started to tilt me when I play my matches is that I noticed a couple of good players that I think were not suppose to be in that elo and the bad players I get. This is probably what some people vent about and nothing new but I now have a mmr of a bronze 3 and im bronze 1 0lp. I do not belong in that division though because I made it to silver 4 and i was still climbing half way. The thing is, the past few days I have been duoing a bronze 5 and I said that I can get him out of there, but once I started playing with him, I have been losing a lot more and that's where my mmr. I shouldnt be losing to bronze 3 or 4 so when I do, I lose a crap ton of mmr and but gain very little with him, my mmr is still dropping though and I have not played with him for the last few matches because I wanted to bring my mmr back up. The matches with him and without him after my mmr dropped, was just brutal. I won my lane most of the time, except for two times when I lost to a smurf. Fiora vs Kayle, jungler didnt gank once and i was having a ton of trouble. Kayle was a smurf though cuz i checked his match history and it was 18 wins with him going like 15/0 or 20/2 with just kayle...Honestly the ranked matches now just keep getting worse, no matter what role i play, i win but i cant carry with my low mmr. The teammates i get put with now are actually worse than bots, this is NEW, believe me, I thought i was in draft pick and there was a premade or something. Teemo jungle, lvl 2 at 10mins. Fiora 4 lvls below me and claims she is actually trying and not intentionally feeding, nunu supp ignited top laner at the start idek why, after he just fed. ADC was afk farming whole game. This was the worst match this whole season but before this i still got trash teammates and faced rly good ones. Not better than me but still good. Please someone explain what's happening, im so confused. Should i just leave ranked and play draft for like a week, am i facing golds or silvers and have bronze on my team???? WHY????
