Newer Players should wait longer until they play ranked.

**Disclaimer - this is not a rant , or trash talking against any system or players , nor do i claim to be great at this game. **

As competitive players we all want prove how good we are by obtaining a great rank in this game. However , due to the complexity of the gameplay it is better that those who are newer wait a good while before they do their placements.

To master this game there is an enormous variety of things that us as players must master.

• Teamwork
• Champion Mechanics
• Counter picking
• Wave control
• Warding

...Among many many others. Mastery of these needs hundreds of games which is something that will take quite a while.

When a newer player who only has limited knowledge and skill does their placements , sadly , they will be placed (most likely) in the lower bronze levels. Climbing from these levels can be a real problem due to bad teamwork , not going for objectives and overall bad mastery of champions. Myself having been in these lower tiers for quite sometime knows it will be very discouraging, tilting and have very little room for improvement.

Instead of working your way up from the lower ranks and suffering psychologically and physically ( I've broken keyboards due to rage lol....) it is better to spend a lot more of the time on normals where you don't suffer as much for a loss but still have room for learning and sometimes playing with or against players of higher tiers ( this is a good thing)

Since we are a community we must also take into account other players , (it is OKAY to not be as good as others) however , by not knowing much about the game you are hurting others by simply weighing them down in a ranked game.

Therefore it is MY OPINION that players should wait longer until they play ranked and do their placements ( simply reaching level 30 is not enough practice), with time though you WILL improve. It is better to climb from high Silver than to climb from low Bronze.
