How do i deal with these two in top lane ? ( LF SERIOUS TIPS )

Pantheon and Tryndamere

Pantheon spamming long range point click ability that costs almost no mana with a low cd , while he's free farming and i can't get closer otherwise he kills me.

Tryndamere basically the most annoying top laner you can play against , dashes on you lvl 2 gg you lose 50% hp with one crit auto.

They are like the only ones who i lose lane to , pls anyone help providing tips i am being serious thank you.

With pantheon I would steer clear from AA's focused champions. Try to get "caster" based tanks that hit hard, like Darius, Maokai, etc. With Darius I believe if you can time your pull right you can pull him out of the air when he goes to jump on you, and AA once and do your AA slow reset then Q.

With tryndamere just build armor, or go Olaf, lul.
