I use to buy champs when they were on sale so I could use ip for runes, also I would spend 5-10$ a month in rp just because I like to support games I play.

wasting real money for a champ that you can buy for free ?

Ip is not free it costs time. My time is valuable even after 6 years of this game I wouldn't of had enough ip for most of the champions. I

I've bought a couple in the past with RP. I had spare RP and wanted more champions to just play / get me closer to having them all at the time.

I don't see a reason to remove theadded choice.

It doesn't hurt anything to have RP purchases available as an option. Being able to spend money to unlock champions doesn't make you any better at the game.

I take it you've never heard the phrase "time is money"?

It all depends on what you value more, your money or your time. If you value your time more than your money buying a champion would be a pretty good deal. You spend a little cash and in exchange you get to spend your time playing the new champion.

Someone like you, on the other hand, likely has more time than money, so spending time grinding out IP for a new champion is far more worth while.

It's honestly a pretty basic concept.

I've been buying games since I was 10. I got a job at age 13 and spent $50 a month on games. So I have no trouble dropping a measely $20 a month on RP.
