Throughout all version of urf, every single one has their own unique joy. I don't understand why people don't like the current game mode other than being salty after getting stomped or unable to spam pick OP champs like they did first URF.
Oleandervine8 votesNot gonna lie, I got super salty after being Anivia vs Fizz, Tryndamere, and Ezreal. Still though, the games are quick and you can easily get into a new one after the previous one ends. The people who "hate Snow URF" are just bitter that they can't spam their Zeds and Rivens for 3 weeks straight and perma cheese wins.

Or they could be like me who just wants to play Lulu (I even made a spare account where that is the only champion I own) or what ever champion they want to play/main. Then instead of getting a champion they like, or they get hard countered (Veigar vs Kat) they get something that is a joke (Shen) and they have never played said champion or owned it, and have such a bad experience from that one game that they just don't want to do anything besides let Riot know that this game mode isn't the one for them because they want a change.

Yeah Lulu is awesome in URF. People assume that those that don't like ARURF want to play Zed/Fizz/Kat, but there are those of us who like to pick stuff that isn't the "meta" champs or just try out zany combos with our friends (Lux Morg, try to beat that lols). One of my favs to play was old Sej in URF. That and quisinart Renekton.
That and I don't like not only whether I win (which isn't essential to have fun in URF), but whether I have fun determined by RNGeezus. Too many games I get stuck with someone I suck at (ironically as powerful as he is in URF, fizz is one of them) and its just not fun.
BTW Shen is actually pretty good rn in ARURF if you play him right.

The issue is that out of 140 champions, only 63 are available.
And instead of making the 63 available champs be based on "removing the OP mother fuckers", they made it based on some fucking skin type.
You like this mode. Neat.
